Chapter Spotlight: St. Mesrob ACYOA Gets a Head Start on Holiday Season

News Home · All articles in "ACYOA News" · Articles from 2012

With summer behind us, and the leaves changing for the fall season, The St. Mesrob ACYOA of Racine, WI, is staying busy to make sure that its community is served as the holiday season is not too far out of reach. The giving season starts out by working with Habitat for Humanity-Racine, WI, which is the non-profit organization devoted to building simple, decent, and affordable housing. Following this is volunteering at a local soup kitchen and serving those who are stopping by for a simple meal.

As the month progresses, the St. Mesrob ACYOA Seniors serve as chaperons for the Juniors chapter while they take part in a retreat and worship with the local Coptic youth of the South Milwaukee parish. This has always been an exciting and worthwhile fellowship opportunity for our youth.

Service continues to be an aspect of our chapter that we cherish. As the season continues we stay busy serving the Lord in our local community in any way that we can!
